Remarks

  • Applications for each program are reviewed monthly until all available seats are filled. Therefore, early application is strongly encouraged, as program capacity may be reached prior to the final application deadline.
  • Once the final application deadline for the last review cycle has passed, all programs will close for applications, regardless of remaining seat availability.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee admission to any program.
  • Applicants are limited to selecting one program per application cycle at HAIT."

 

Documents Required for Admission

The required documents include:

  1. A copy of passport
  2. A copy of high school graduate certificate (English) *only for full-time applicants
  3. A copy of high school transcript (English)
  4. A one-page statement of purpose 
  5. English proficiency test result (if any)  
  6. a Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction (if any)

*Exchange students are not required to submit a copy of a high school graduate certificate.

 

English Language Requirements

Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  1. Submit a valid English proficiency test score that meets the program's minimum requirements. Test results must be no more than two years old from the examination date.
    • IELTS 5
    • TOEFL IBT 35
    • TOEFL ITP (Institutional Testing Program) 337
    • TOEIC 400
    • Placement test 70%
  2. Provide a Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction from a high school where English was the primary language of instruction.

For applicants who do not meet the above requirements but possess other strong academic qualifications, our Institute will consider admission under the following conditions:

  • Applicants must take the English Placement Test administered by our Institute. A test fee of 500 Baht applies.
  • A score of 70% or higher on the Placement Test will fulfill the English language requirement.
  • Applicants scoring below 70% must enroll in and pass the Intensive English Courses for one semester during their first semester of study.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Step 3: Await Notification

We'll keep you updated on your application status. You might be contacted for an interview, which can be conducted via telephone or Skype video call. We may also request additional documents, and if so, we'll notify you promptly. The list of successful applicants will be announced on our website (......................) under the "Feature Stories" section.

 

Step 4: Complete New Student Information

Congratulations on your acceptance! Now it's time to finalize your enrollment:

  • Complete your personal information and upload all required documents to our new student registration system.
  • Pay your tuition fees and all related expenses in Thai Baht (THB).
  • You'll then receive your official acceptance letter, along with necessary visa request documents and a welcome package via email or post.

 

Step 5: Arrive at HAIT Campus

Welcome to Thailand! To make your arrival smooth:

  • Inform the HAIT Global Office of your arrival details at least one week in advance if you'd like to use our pickup service from Hebron Asia International Institute of Technology - Chiang Rai International Airport or Chiang Rai Bus Station.
  • Undergraduate international students are guaranteed a dormitory room on campus for their entire first year of study at HAIT, ensuring a comfortable start to your institute life.
